 His operation is small but clever. He sets up his sites using a London based firm and re-routes all correspondence via his Hungarian 'Deninet server'. He banks via Hungarian Internet banking so all ticket fees are  taken in Hungarian Florens, and usually an overseas transaction fee is also added to the unsuspecting punter's card. The punter is told that the tickets will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery two weeks before the concert, and is charged for this service. When the tickets do not arrive the punter is forced to contact one of Rangos's sites by e-mail as there are no contact numbers; the registered office on each of his sites turning out to be a Bed & Breakfast in New York. If the punter gets a reply it is usually to tell them that the tickets have been delayed and will be available for collection on the night of the concert. The tickets very rarely are. If the punter is lucky enough to receive tickets via a delivery boy at the venue, then they are usually very low class 'cheapseat' tickets that the punter has paid five times the face value for. After this there would be no more correspondence from the site and no way for the punter to get their money back.

Michael does not work alone in running these sites. On occasions he has made mistakes by forgeting to route reply emails through the Deninet server. Most emails when traced back to their route IP address produce the following results:

This goes some way to prove that if a reply from Bookmetickets.com traces back to IP addresses in the uk then they should fall under UK legislation.
